Hi, I’m Cierra- the founder and home chef behind La Mezcla. La Mezcla started around the table at my family’s home in 2024. We are a family of cooks and always talked about starting a food business. Not knowing if I could even sell anything, my family and I decided to try it out. Not knowing anything about food service, we learned all along the way. People kept coming back for more, and soon my small side hustle became something more.
